Case: Delivery of humanitarian aid from LAB Cargo Group®

New realities pose new challenges to LCG. After February 24, a new department was formed in LCG, which deals with important tasks for Ukraine.

International technical assistance is a department at LCG that deals with the search for suppliers abroad, the transportation of international technical assistance, and the preparation of all necessary documents from suppliers. An important part of the work of LCG managers is the registration of humanitarian assistance and international technical assistance.

Managers of LCG show their professionalism and deliver humanitarian aid to Ukraine without any delays. A lot of successful cases have accumulated in seven months. In the article, we will consider the main cases:

1) Delivery of humanitarian aid from Rzeszów to Kyiv under the project to protect energy resources of Ukraine, namely 300 special first-aid kits for state-owned enterprises.

Accompanied by the preparation of the necessary documentation from the sender, customs clearance of the cargo through the Ukraine-Poland simplified transit system (the process of the special procedure for the customs clearance of humanitarian cargo on the territory of Ukraine).

2) Delivery of international technical assistance from various European countries to Ukraine to protect Ukraine’s energy resources

What was the task?

Deliver 136 generators by October. Generators from household gasoline to industrial diesel.

What is the success of the case?

Full communication with suppliers, assistance in editing documents from suppliers, customs clearance of goods, full support of the recipient of international technical assistance, strict adherence to all deadlines.

Delivery took 2-3 days with all operational points.
